Jenny is a psychotherapist with over 10 years’ worth of experience working within mental health. She started her working career with children and young people, progressing into working with adults, offering both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
CBT is an evidence-based therapy to help manage stress, anxiety, bulimia, post-traumatic stress, phobias (including agoraphobia and social) and depression. CBT may also help if you have difficulties with anger, a low opinion of yourself, or physical health problems.
