Located in the centre of town, we benefit from being a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and parking in the heart of Wantage.
Our location on the South Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire borders offers
easy access from the surrounding towns and villages.

We have two comfortable, stylish, discreet therapy rooms available to hire
for your therapy practice.
Room One is suitable for one to one therapy
Room Two is a larger space upstairs suitable for one to one and group work
(up to 6 participants).
These rooms are available to rent by the hour, (subject to availability) enabling you
to build your practice/presence in South Oxfordshire at your own pace.
On site there is a little kitchen with a fridge and microwave and bathroom facilities.
There is parking at The Beacon in Wantage (approx a three minute walk away).
We provide all our therapists with access to Mercure's online booking system,
enabling you to book available space remotely.
Any bookings are invoiced at the end of each month.
Please note:
Proof of qualification(s) and membership(s) of the appropriate governing body/bodies
will be required before offering rental space.
